Everything New Parents Need to Know
Eurokids offers a range of services designed to support children and families. We aim to make access to these services simple, transparent, and well-organized.
This guide will help you understand how enrollment works, key deadlines, and how logistics are handled.
What We Offer
How To Sign Up
To access any Eurokids services, parents are required to create a Parent Association (PA) membership and set up an online account. The PA membership includes an annual fee of €120 and is required before booking any services.
This account is your central hub for managing everything related to your child’s participation. Once registered, you can create an individual profile for each child, ensuring that all important information is stored in one secure place.
Within your account, you will be able to...
Add and manage your children’s profiles
Define authorized persons for pick-up
Provide emergency contact details and important information
Keep all registrations and communication organized
Having this structured system allows us to ensure your child’s safety, maintain clear communication, and provide a smooth and reliable experience for your family.
Extra Curricular Activity Program
📅Registration, Start Dates & Deadlines
The Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) programme is released each year in the first week of June, giving families the opportunity to plan ahead for the upcoming school year.
Once you have registered, your child’s place is only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email. Please note that registration alone does not guarantee a spot.
▶️ Start Dates Throughout the Year
Children can begin activities at several points during the school year. Start dates are scheduled at the beginning of the following months:
September, October, November, January, February, March, April, May, and June
⏰ Registration Deadlines
To ensure a smooth start:
-
Registrations must be submitted at least one week before the end of the previous month
-
This allows time for processing and confirmation
👉 If the deadline is missed:
Your child will not be able to start the following month, but instead will join one month later
🔄 Cancellations & Commitments
Cancellations can be requested at any time, but must follow strict deadlines:
-
One week before the Winter Break → applies to the period after the break
-
One week before the Easter Break → applies to the period after the break
-
One week before the Summer Break → applies to the new school year

Getting from A to B
After school, children have several options depending on their schedule. They may attend an activity, go to childminding, take the bus home, or be picked up by a parent or authorized guardian.
All transitions between these options are carefully coordinated to ensure children are safely guided to the right place at the right time.
How these logistics work, and how children move from one location to another, is illustrated in the chart below.
